Hi, I’m Kim Astacio-Murphy

With a degree in Air Traffic Control (seriously!), I’m built for coordinating moving parts and keeping operations running smoothly. Whether it’s clarifying roles, writing SOPs, or building workflows that actually fit how your brain works, I’m all about practical, sustainable support.
Outside of work, I’m raising three awesome kids and wrangling a very opinionated dog named Chewy. I believe your business should support your life—not the other way around.
